摘  要:随着嵌入式计算、无线通信、网络控制、微系统技术的迅速发展,军事赛博物理系统(MCPS)由于具有广阔的军用前景而成为研究的热点。目前,由于存在能量密度低、容量小、可靠性差、成本高等问题,微能源已经成为限制MCPS发展的瓶颈问题。概述了MCPS的发展现状和供电需求,对基于微电子机械系统(MEMS)技术的微能源技术的研究现状进行了系统分析,最后提出了一种新概念的智能MEMS复合微能源系统,对未来MCPS的发展与应用具有重要意义。With the rapid development of embedded computing,wireless communication,networked control and microsystem technologies,military cyber physical systems(MCPS) are currently becoming the research hotspot due to its broad application prospect.At present,micro power sources have become bottleneck problem which limits MCPS development,because of low power density,little capacity,poor reliability,high cost,etc.Current development situation and power demand of MCPS are summarized.The present research status of micro power sources technology based on micro-electro-mechanical systems(MEMS) technology is analyzed systematically.Finally,a new concept of smart composite micro power sources system based on MEMS technology is proposed,which contributes to further development and application of MCPS.
