摘 要:轮式装载机在高频工作循环条件下,存在湿式驱动桥温升过高导致冷却油变质的问题。在分析驱动桥中关键部件生热和散热边界条件的基础上,应用Fluent软件进行数值计算,分析驱动桥制动热平衡的流场和温度场,同时进行装载机典型工况下驱动桥的温升试验,综合分析后提出驱动桥改进方案,最后对改进后的制动热平衡效果进行仿真分析,结果显示:改进方案使驱动桥的制动热平衡得到有效改善。Solutions to heat-deteriorated coolant at the wet-type axle drive. The wheel type loader would have problems existing at over-temp deteriorated coolant at the wet-type axle drive under high frequent operational cycles. We based on analyses of critical components that generate heat and the surrounding conditions applied a software Fluent to compute the data and analyzed flow-field and thermal field of the drive axle's heat balance at braking, while carrying out a heat increase test on the drive axle under the loader's typical working conditions before putting forth an improvement concept for the drive axle after comprehensive analyses. And finally, we carried out a simulation and analysis of results from the braking heat balance. Total results show that our improved braking heat balance concept can effectively make better improvements for the drive axle's heat balance when braking.
