摘　　要：目的对腮腺基底细胞腺瘤(Basal cell adenoma,BCA)的临床病理学特点、病理诊断、鉴别诊断及生物学行为等进行探讨。方法对4例腮腺BCA标本做常规石蜡切片及HE染色,并对石蜡切片做免疫组化染色。结果在4例患者中有3例为典型的BCA,肿瘤主要由两种瘤细胞所构成,最显著的特点为基底细胞样瘤细胞在瘤细胞巢、条索及团块的周围呈栅栏状排列。1例为膜性BCA伴恶性变,特点为瘤细胞具有明显的异型性及多形性,在瘤细胞巢、条索及团块内及其周围有多量玻璃样变性的基底膜样物质围绕。结论本文对BCA的临床病理学特点,组织学起源、良恶性BCA的诊断标准等进行了探讨。BCA应与基底细胞样鳞状细胞癌、腺样囊性癌、肌上皮瘤及多形性腺瘤等相鉴别。Objective To investigate the elinieopathological features, pathological diagnosis, differential diagnosis and the biological behavior etc. of the basal cell adenoma（BCA） in the parotids. Methods Four eases of BCA were studied by using of paraffin slice, HE staining and Immunohistochemistrical staining. Results Of the 4 cases, 3 cases were the typical BCA. The tumors were mainly composed of two types of tumor cells, and the most remarkable feature of them was that the basaloid cells distributed in the peripheral part of the nests, cords and masses in the form of palisades. One case was the membranous BCA with the malignant morphological changes. The features of it were that the tumor cells displayed remarkable atypical and pleomorphie morphological appearance, and there were much of hyaline basal membrane materia in the tumor cell nests, cords and masses, as well as around the periphery parts of them. Conclusions In this article, the clinicopathological features, the histological originations, and the diagnosis criteria to the BCA are discussed. The BCA should be differentiated from the basaloid squamous cell carcinoma, adenoid cystic carcinoma, the myoepithelioma, and the pleomorphic adenoma.
