摘　　要：中西部地区外出农民工回流是继"民工潮"后,我国又一新的人口流动现象。文章通过对现阶段我国中西部地区外出农民工回流的影响因素进行分析,从政策支持、产业承接、技能培训、自主创业和新农村建设等方面,提出了解决当前农民工再就业问题的途径。Migrant workers reflow of the Central Western China Region is a new migration phenomenon after the tide of laborers.the paper studies the factors impacting the current situation of migrant workers and brings forward the path of the re-employment of reflow migrant workers from the aspects of policies support,industrial undertake,vocational education,self-employment,new countryside construction and so on.
