电泳涂料加热减量试验方法的探讨

摘　　要：通过比对不同烘烤温度和试验样板对电泳漆加热减量试验结果的影响,提出测试电泳漆加热减量的烘烤温度应为(105±2)℃,时间为3 h,试验样板为冷轧板。By comparing the effects of different baking temperature and the test panel of electrodeposition coatings heating loss test results, the results shows that baking temperature should be （105± 2） ℃×3 h. the tesl panel is the cold rolled plate.
