摘 要:以正辛醇为稀释剂、二(2-乙基己基)磷酸为萃取剂,研究了L-色氨酸和L-谷氨酸在有机相中的萃取分配行为。在pH=2.0时,L-色氨酸从水相转入有机相,实现L-谷氨酸与L-色氨酸的分离。使用等体积的1mol/L HCl溶液将负载有机相中的L-色氨酸反萃回水相,L-色氨酸的平均回收率为70.8%。2种氨基酸混合水溶液经有机溶剂2次萃取后,可得L-谷氨酸纯品,其平均回收率为97.6%。Extraction distribution behaviors of L-tryptophan and L-glutamic acid in organic phase were investigated by using n-caprylic alcohol and di(2-Ethylhexyl) phosphoric acid(D2EHPA) as deluent and extractant,respectively.L-tryptophan could be separated from the mixture of two amino acids in that it was extracted into D2EHPA phase from aqueous solution of a acidity at pH 2.0.The same volume of 1 mol/L HCl solution was adopted as stripping agent of L-tryptophan in the loaded organic phase.Average recovery of L-tryptophan was 70.8%.After the mixture of 2 amino acids had been extracted twice,single L-glutamic acid product could be available and its average recovery was 97.6%.
