PDCA循环在全国基本药物质量监管工作监测调查中的应用

摘　　要：目的2010年5月到2012年3月期间,我们对全国加强基本药物质量监管情况开展了4次监测调查工作。在监测调查的流程中引进了管理工具"PDCA循环",以提高工作的针对性和指导性。方法对PDCA循环中的计划、执行、检查、处理4个阶段的循环程序在监测调查中的具体运用进行了系统分析。结果与结论PDCA循环工具的应用改进了我们的监测调查工作。Objective In the period from May 2010 to March 2012, we carried out national surveillance investigations for four times on the situation of the quality supervision of the essential medicines. We introduced a management tool ＂PDCA cycle＂ to the workflow of the national surveillance investigation to improve the pertinence and guidance of the work. Methods The implementation of the PDCA cycle including the four phases （Plan, Do, Check and Action） in the surveillance investigation was systematically analyzed. Results and Conclusion Results showed that our surveillance investigation work was improved by the implementation of the tool of ＂PDCA cycle＂.
