摘 要:目的探讨渗透树脂治疗后和抛光后早期釉质龋表面粗糙度的变化,为渗透树脂临床应用中是否需要抛光提供依据。方法制作牛牙早期龋模型30个,随机分为早期龋组、早期龋渗透树脂治疗组和早期龋渗透树脂治疗后抛光组。用粗糙度轮廓仪测量3组样本的表面粗糙度。结果早期龋经渗透树脂治疗后,表面粗糙度明显增大;之后用抛光碟抛光,表面粗糙度明显减小(F=22.017,t=6.467、4.456,P<0.01)。结论早期龋经渗透树脂治疗后,表面粗糙度有待于改善,抛光处理是必要的,磨料较细的抛光碟可有效改善此时的牙面粗糙度。Objective To study changes of early-stage surface roughness of enamel caries after resin infiltration and po- lishing, and provide evidence if there was a must to polish the surface when applying the resin. Methods Thirty models of early enamel caries were created in bovine tooth, and evenly randomized to three groups as: incipient dental caries group, early resin in- filtration group and early resin infiltration@polishing group. Form Talysurf PGI 800 was applied to measure surface roughness of the samples taken the three groups. Results After infiltration, the roughness of surface of early caries increased, after it was polished by a polishing disc the roughness dramatically reduced (F=22.017;t=6.467,4.456;P〈0.01). Conclusion After resin infiltration treatment, the surface roughness of early caries is to be improved. Polishing is necessary. A polishing disc with thinner abrasive can effectively improve the roughness of dental face.
