摘  要:为了对附件驱动系统的动态特性进行优化设计,利用坐标变换,以稳态为参考状态,对附件驱动系统非线性模型进行了线性化处理,并利用复模态分析法推导出了固有频率对设计参数的灵敏度分析式.线性化处理前后模型的计算结果证明,利用线性模型对系统动态特性进行分析是可行的.文中还分析了张紧器参数(张紧器刚度、张紧器安装角、张紧臂长)与系统一阶固有频率的关系,结果表明:一阶固有频率对不同的张紧器参数和相同张紧器参数的不同取值的敏感度是不同的;在张紧器的3个设计参数中,一阶固有频率对张紧臂长的变化最敏感,通过改变张紧臂长来达到降低一阶固有频率的目的是最为有效的方法.In order to carry out an optimal design of the dynamic characteristics for accessory drive systems, the nonlinear model of the accessory drive system is linearized via a coordinate transformation, with the equilibrium state as the reference state. Then, the equations of natural frequency sensitivity to the design parameters of the accessory drive system are derived via the complex modal analysis. Calculation results of the models before and after the linearization show that the linearized model is feasible in analyzing the dynamic characteristics. Moreover, the relationships between the tensioner parameters, such as stiffness, installation angle and arm length, and the first-order natural frequency of the accessory drive system are investigated. The results indicate that the first-order natural frequency is of variable sensitivity to different tensioner parameters and different parameter values, especially to the arm length, and that decreasing the arm length is an effective way to reducing the first-order natural frequency.
