循环内皮细胞计数在非缺血型视网膜中央静脉阻塞转变为缺血型患者的表达

摘　　要：目的研究非缺血型视网膜中央静脉阻塞(central retinal vein occlusion,CRVO)患者是否转变为缺血型CRVO与性别、年龄、初诊视力及血管内皮损伤程度的相关性。方法收集发病72 h以内27例非缺血型CRVO患者,进行初诊视力检查,并于就诊时,发病2周、4周、6个月、12个月分别进行循环内皮细胞(circulatingendothelial cell,CEC)计数,随访1年,按是否转变为缺血型CRVO分为未转变组和转变组,按1:1配比法性别和年龄与CRVO患者相匹配,选择27例健康体检者作为对照组。进行统计学比较。结果 27例患者中,转变为缺血型患者8例,未转变组和转变组间性别、年龄及初诊视力差异均无统计学意义。而CEC计数转变组(5.59±1.07)/0.9μL,未转变组(4.00±1.23)/0.9μL,2者差异有统计学意义(t=3.177,P<0.01)。发病4周后未转变组与对照组CEC计数差异无统计学意义。结论血管内皮损伤严重的非缺血型CRVO患者更易转变为缺血型CRVO,而性别、年龄及初诊视力与此转变关系不大。Objective To study the dependability between the injury of the vascular endothelial with gender, age and visual acuity when the non-ischemia central retinal vein occlusion （CRVO） turned to ischemia CRVO. Methods The research group was made of 27 patients of the non-ischemia CRVO who had the onset within 72 hours. All the cases were checked visual acuity and counted circulating endothelial cells（CEC） at onset,2 weeks,4 weeks,6 months and 12 months after the disease. The turned group and unturned group were classified by whether the cases turned to ischemia CRVO. The control group ,composed of 27 healthy persons, was recruited from volunteers. All the data were analyzed by statistic method. Results Eight cases of the research group turned to ischemia CRVO. There were no statistic difference in gender, age and visual acuity between turned group and unturned group. The level of CEC count in the turned group was （5.59 ± 1.07 ）/0.9 μL, that in the unturned group （4.00 ± 1.23 ） / 0. 9μ L（ t = 3. 177 ,P 〈 0.01 ）. There were no statistic difference in CEC level between the unturned group and the control group. Conclusion The non-ischemia CRVO patients with severe injury of the vascular endothelium were subject to turn to ischemia CRVO. And there was little relationship with gender, age and visual acuity.
