30例鼻腔恶性乳头状瘤HGF及其受体c-Met的表达分析

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻腔恶性肿瘤肝细胞生长因子(hepatocyte growth factor,HGF)及其受体c-Met的表达阳性率以及二者的表达分布。方法选择2005年1月—2010年12月确诊为鼻腔恶性乳头瘤患者30例,以同期确定为鼻息肉28例和慢性肥厚性鼻炎18例为对照组,对手术切除组织采用免疫组织化学方法 SP法检测HGF、c-Met的表达,统计其染色得分,计算2组的中位数并进行比较。结果 2组的HGF和c-Met染色得分均为偏态分布,鼻息肉和慢性肥厚性鼻炎的HGF、c-Met得分都≤240分,鼻腔恶性乳头瘤二者表达得分都高于301分,且分布集中程度较良性鼻腔增生组织高。良、恶性组织HGF、c-Met的得分值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 HGF和c-Met共同高表达或单独的高表达都与鼻腔恶性乳头状瘤的发生有关。设计针对HGF和c-Met治疗措施可能对恶性乳头状瘤的治疗起到有利作用。Objective To investigate the HGF/c-Met expression distribution and their positive rate in malignant tumor of nasal cavity. Methods Thirty cases of defined nasal malignant papillomas between Jan 2005 to Dec 2010 were chosen as experimental group. Twenty-eight cases of nasal polyps and 18 cases of chronic hypertrophicrhinitis were set as controls. All the patients received surgeryal to remove the pathological tissue, immunohistochemical SP was used to detect the expression of HGF and c-Met. Staining scores were calculated. The HGF/c-Met expression positive map was depicted. The score median of the two groups was compared. Results HGF/c-Met staining score of two groups were skewed distribution. The scores were below 240 points in nasal polyps and chronic hypertrophic rhinitis but were higher than 301 points in nasal malignant papillomas, the distribution concentration degree of malignant tissues was higher than those of benign tissues. And the median score of HGF and c-Met from malignant tissues were significantly higher than those of benign tissues （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The high co- expression or single expression of HGF/c-Met share some relationship with the development of malignant papillomas. Therapy method against HGF/c-Met may play a beneficial role in control of malignant papilloma.
