p27、p21和cyclin E在喉鳞状细胞癌中表达的意义

摘　　要：目的探讨细胞周期调节因子p27、p21和cyclin E在喉鳞状细胞癌中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测p27、p21和cyclin E在72例喉鳞状细胞癌和21例正常喉黏膜中的表达。结果喉癌中p27、p21和cyclin E阳性表达率分别为30.6%、26.4%、51.4%,与正常喉黏膜比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);p27、p21和cyclin E在喉癌中的表达与分化程度及淋巴结转移差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但与发病部位无关(P>0.05)。结论 p27、p21和cyclin E与喉癌的发生密切相关,检测三者对喉癌的早期诊断、治疗及预后有重要意义。Objective To study the clinical significance and expression of p27, p21 and cyclin E in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry method was used to detect the expressions of p27 ,p21 and cyclin E in 72 eases of laryngeal carcinoma and 21 cases of normal mueosa. Results The positive rates of p27, p21 and eyclin E in laryngeal carcinoma were 30.6% , 26. 4%, 51.4%. There were significant difference between laryngeal carcinoma and normal mucosa of laryngeal （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Expression of p27, p21 and cyclin E were significantly correlated with the degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis （ P 〈 0.05 ） , but they were not related with the location （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion p27, p21and cyclin E were closely correlated with the occurrence of laryngeal carcinoma. Detection of p27, p21 and cyclin E have important significance for early diagnosis, treatment and prognosis in laryngeal carcinoma.
