摘 要:目的观察超声洁治对牙釉质表面粗糙度和磨痕情况的影响,以及对牙釉质的结构影响。方法 7颗离体牙先运用激光光洁度测定仪测定光洁度,然后用超声洁治器进行常规模拟洁治后再次测定其光洁度,比较洁治前后数据。再把离体牙标本制作成磨片在光镜下观察牙釉质结构的变化。结果洁治后的光洁度小于洁治前,但差异无显著性。形成的磨痕与洁治前相比有明显增加。在光镜观察可见牙釉质结构有变化。结论超声波洁治能增加牙釉质表面粗糙度并产生磨痕,同时对牙釉质结构也有影响。Objective Observed the change of arithmetic mean deviation of the surface(Sa) and maximum depth of valleys(Sv) on enamel surface and other structural change in the enamel. Method 7 teeth extracted were measured by roughness measuring instrument( Taylor Hobson TALYSCAN150,England) before and after scaled by ultrasonic scaler (EMS SACH-1260 Nyon, Swiss). The results was analyzed with ANOV. 7 teeth were prepared without decal- cified section and observed under microscope. Result Sa was no difference significantly between before and after ul- trasonic scale( P〈0.05 ). And Sv was different significantly between before and after. There was change in the struc- ture of enamel. Conclusion The ultrasonic scale could increase the roughness and wearing and tearing on surface of enamel and changed structure of enamel.
