摘　　要：对中美高等院校图书馆数字参考咨询服务进行对比研究,通过定性的比较与定量的分析,探讨我国高校图书馆数字参考咨询服务与美国同类院校存在的差距,并提出美国高校图书馆数字参考咨询服务对我国的启示。This paper mainly goes through the comparative study of digital reference service of university library between China and America to find out the disadvantages of it.Qualitative and quantitative analy sis methods are used in the research which enlightens on digital reference service of university library in China.
