摘　　要：将语义Web技术应用于外语教学系统的设计与实现,通过综合和扩充语义Web技术描述标准,形成一套较为完善的语义Web框架下的外语教学服务描述规范及服务Ontology构建模型。基于语义Web的外语教学服务的设计和实现,开发语义Web技术服务环境支撑的、应用于现实外语教学的外语教学系统,建立一个较为完善的、可实现和实用的,能够实现异构网络环境下的不同学习管理系统的学习资源和学习过程信息的搜索、共享、复用和互操作,实现协作学习和个性化学习的外语教学系统体系结构和系统实现的技术规范。The application of Semantic Web to foreign language learning is a an integrated and expanded system through description of Semantic Web standards under the framework of a more comprehensive set of Semantic Web services and Ontology service model. Based on the service and support of Semantic Web, the reality of foreign language learning system can be achieved for the management system to search, share and copy learning resources and learning process information with mutual operation, thus the reality of cooperative learning and individualized learning.
