疏肝解郁胶囊治疗伴抑郁症的肠易激综合征

摘　　要：目的应用疏肝解郁胶囊治疗伴抑郁症的肠易激综合征(IBS),观察其对患者精神症状和消化道症状的影响。方法采用多中心、随机、开放、平行、阳性药物对照方法进行研究。109例伴抑郁症的IBS患者分为两组,治疗组50例(匹维溴胺、疏肝解郁胶囊),对照组49例(匹维溴胺),疗程均为12周。治疗期间根据汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分并观察临床疗效。结果治疗前,治疗组与对照组间人口统计学特征、体格检查和疾病特征差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),疗效评价治疗组50例中有效45例,有效率90%,对照组49例中有效28例,有效率57.1%。治疗组汉密尔顿评分明显下降,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论疏肝解郁胶囊联合匹维溴胺能明显改善肠易激综合征患者的精神症状和消化道症状,是肠易激综合征治疗的一种有效方法。【Objective】 To observe the effect of Shuganjieyu capsule on the gastrointestinal and psychiatric symptoms in patients who suffered from irritable bowel syndrome（IBS） associated with depression.【Methods】 Randomized,opened,parallel controlled multicenters study was conducted in 109 patients who suffered from IBS associated with depression.These patients were divided into two groups,（Treatment group： Shuganjieyu capsule and Pinaverium bromide;control group： Pinaverium bromide only）.The course of treatment was 12 weeks,during which time Hamilton depression scale was used to score.【Results】 There was good comparability between two groups.Among 50 cases（90%） 45cases responded well in the treated patients and only 28 cases responded well among 49 cases（57.1%） in the control patients.The score of HAMD of IBS patients decreased significantly after the treatment（P ＆lt;0.01）.【Conclusion】 Shuganjieyu capsule combined with Pinaverium bromide can significantly improve the psychiatric and gastrointestinal symptoms of IBS patients.
