摘　　要：目的探讨胃腺癌中Kiss-1和基质金属蛋白酶-10(MMP-10)蛋白在胃腺癌发生、发展及转移中的作用。方法收集130例胃腺癌标本作为观察组,收集130例正常胃黏膜组织作为对照组,应用流式细胞术检测胃腺癌中Kiss-1和MMP-10蛋白的表达,分析二者在不同临床特征中的表达差别及相关性。结果 Kiss-1在胃腺癌组织中低表达,MMP-10在胃腺癌组织中高表达,Kiss-1和MMP-10在不同分化、不同浸润深度、不同淋巴结转移患者中的表达有明显差异。观察组中Kiss-1和MMP-10的表达呈负相关性。Kiss-1和MMP-10的表达与胃腺癌患者的预后相关。结论 Kiss-1和MMP-10异常表达在胃腺癌发生发展中起重要作用,二者具有负向协同效应。术后联合检测Kiss-1和MMP-10的表达对判断胃腺癌的预后有重要价值。Objective It is to approach the action of Kiss - 1 and matrix metalloproteinase - 10 （MMP - 10） protein on the occurrence, development and metastasis of gastric adenocarcinoma. Methods 130 cases of gastric adenocarcinoma were collected as observation group and 130 cases of normal gastric mucosa tissues as control group. The expressions of Kiss - I and MMP - 10 were detected by flow FCM methods. The express difference and relationship in different clinical characters were analyzed in observation group. Results Lower expression of Kiss - 1 and higher expression of MMP - 10 were found in observa- tion group. There was significant difference in their expressions between depth, differentiation and lymph node metastasis. There was a negative correlation between the expressions of Kiss - 1 and MMP - 10 in observed group, ant they were correlated with the patient＇ s prognosis. Conclusion The abnormal expressions of Kiss - 1 and MMP - 10 may promote the occurrence and development of gastric adenocarcinoma; Which may be helpful to predict the prognosis in gastric adenocarcinoma.
