中西药直肠黏膜保护剂联合应用治疗放射性直肠炎的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的观察中西药直肠黏膜保护剂联合应用治疗放射性直肠炎的疗效。方法将60例放射性直肠炎患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,治疗组采用中药保留灌肠配合西药栓剂纳肛治疗,对照组单纯使用西药保留灌肠,观察2组治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率93%,病例积分(3.45±1.77)分;对照组总有效率70%,病例积分(5.98±1.49)分。2组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论中西药直肠黏膜保护剂联合应用治疗放射性直肠炎疗效显著,不良反应小,值得临床推广。Objective It is to observe the curative effect of rectal mucosa protector of traditional Chinese and western medicine to cure radiation proctitis. Methods 60 patients with radiation proctitis were randomly divided into treatment group （30 patients） and control group （30 patients）. The patients in treatment group were treated by combination in rectal mucosa pro- tector of traditional Chinese and western medicine, while the patients in control group just treated by western medicine alone. The curative effects were observed in both groups after treatment. Results The total effective rate was 93% in treatment group and 70% in control group, the cases integral was 3.45 ± 1.77 in treatment group and 5.98±1.49 in control group, there were significant differences between both groups （ all P 〈 O. 05）. Conclusion Combination of rectal mucosa protector of traional Chinese and western medicine can obtain remarkable effects with lower side effect in treating radiation proctitis.
