近10年中国旅游教育发展的区域差异分析

摘　　要：运用泰尔指数(Theil index)对2001-2010年中国旅游高等教育和职业教育发展的区域差异进行了地带间、地带内和省际差异的测量以及比较分析,结果表明:10年间中国旅游高等教育区域差异经历了先增大后减小的倒"U型"发展走势,而旅游职业教育区域差异基本呈持续减小的趋势;地带内差异是构成旅游高等教育和职业教育省际差异的主因,贡献率均高达90%以上;与中国入境旅游区域差异发展特征比较来看,旅游高等教育滞后于旅游产业发展,而旅游职业教育则做出了积极的响应。In this article, regional differences in higher education and vocational education of tourism among zones, in zones and among provinces are measured, compared and analyzed with Theil Index. The results show that ： （ 1 ） the inter - provincial differences between higher education and vocational education of tourism are gradually reduced from 2001 to 2010, inclu- ding the regional differences in higher education of tourism with the trend of increasing first and then decreasing in inverted ＂U＂ style, while those in vocational education of tourism with the trend of reducing continuously. （2） The differences in zones are much larger than those among zones which are the major contributors and even explain 90% of inter - provincial differences between higher education and vocational education of tourism. （3） Compared with the regional differences of China~ entry tourism, tourism higher education relatively lags behind the devel- opment of tourism industry and tourism vocational education has made a positive response.
