摘　　要：介绍了台湾地区学生申诉制度的基本内容,客观分析了中国内地高校学生申诉制度的缺陷,认为应吸收和借鉴台湾地区学生申诉制度的合理之处,以完善中国内地高校学生申诉制度。要积极拓宽学生申诉的受理范围,完善申诉制度的相关程序设置以及学生申诉处理委员会的人员构成。The basic content of students＇appealing system in Taiwan region is introduced and the system defects of college students＂ appealing system in China are analyzed. It is pointed out that the rationality of students＂ appealing system in Taiwan region should be absorbed and borrowed for the sake of improving college students＂ appealing system in China. Namely, the range of ac- cepting college students＂ appeals should be extended, and the procedures of related appealing system and the member component of student appealing review committees should be improved.
