摘  要:由于正交异性结构受力特点,钢桥面铺装层开裂普遍存在,为了解铺装层开裂对界面粘结和铺装层受力的影响,从而对钢桥面的养护进行指导,以广东省马房北江大桥为背景,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立钢桥面铺装层开裂的力学模型,对铺装层开裂和铺装体系的受力关系进行分析。分析结果表明,铺装层的纵向、横向开裂均使铺装层自身受力状况恶化,并引起界面受力严重恶化,导致界面分离。因此钢桥面铺装层的养护应及时对受力不利位置进行开裂检查,并进行预防性裂纹病害处理以及层间界面状态经常性检查等。For the deck pavement of steel bridges, cracking is quite prevalent due to the orthotropic load bearing behavior of the structure. In order to know the impact of pavement cracking on the interfacial bond property and the load bearing capacity of the pavement so as to direct the main- tenance and protection of the steel bridge deck, the Mafang Beijiang River Bridge in Guangdong province was cited as an example, the finite element analytical software ANSYS was used to establish the mechanical model of the steel bridge deck pavement cracking to analyze the relations be- tween the pavement cracking and load bearing behavior of the deck pavement. The analysis indicates that the longitudinal and transverse cracking of the pavement exacerbates its load bearing condition and make the load bearing condition at the interface worse, which may consequently lead to interfacial separation. Therefore, in the maintenance of steel bridge deck pavement, timely cracking inspection should be done for the unfavorable load bearing locations and precautionary cracking deterioration treatment should also be made, and the interracial condition between layers should be regularly inspected.
