摘　　要：本文描述了项目管理和项目管理系统的系统观问题;分析了基于系统论理念的项目管理系统的功能;介绍了项目管理系统建设实例,具体阐述该系统的功能设计和实现。This paper describes the System View of the project management and project management system with analysis of function at the project management system based on the system theory concept; it also introduced the example construction of the above system and describes the functionality of the system design and implementation.
