摘 要:目的探讨凋亡相关蛋白Bax在上皮增生性病变改变中的生物学行为及癌变与Bax蛋白的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测法,观察分析29例口腔白斑、25例正常口腔黏膜上皮中细胞凋亡状况及凋亡相关蛋白Bax的表达。结果 Bax蛋白在白斑上皮组织中显过度表达。结论 Bax蛋白可能参与了增生性病变向恶性转化时的早期事件,起到一定的负调控作用。Objective To investigate the biological behavior of Bax in epithelial proliferative lesion and to explore the correlation between carcinogenesis and Bax. Methods The expression and distribution of Bax were detected by immunohistochemiscal SP assay in 29 cases of oral leukoplakia (OLK) and 25 eases of normal oral mucosa. Results The positive rate of Bax in OLK group was 84.31%, which was significantly higher than that (40.27%) in control group ( P 〈0.01 ) ,the distribution of Bax was located mainly in basilar membrance in OLK group. However on normal mosuca, the expression of Bax was observed in strata spinosum and granulosum. Conclusion Bax may be involved in the early event from proliferative lesion to malignant transformation, which plays a certain negative regulation role.
