中段胰腺切除术治疗胰腺颈体部良性肿瘤临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中段胰腺切除术治疗胰腺颈体部良性肿瘤的临床疗效。方法:选取我院36例胰腺颈体部良性肿瘤患者,随机分为中段胰腺切除术治疗组(观察组)和远端胰腺切除术治疗组(对照组),各18例,观察两组患者的手术指标及术后并发症。结果:两组患者手术均成功切除肿瘤,观察组患者术中出血量和住院天数明显少于对照组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者在手术时间上的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患者术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用中段胰腺切除术治疗胰腺颈体部良性肿瘤临床疗效好、术后并发症发生率低,值得临床进一步推广使用。Objective：To study the clinical curative effect of medial pancreatectomy in the treatment of benign tumors of the neck and body of the pancrea. Methods：36 cases of benign tumors of the neck and body of the pancrea in our hos- pital were randomly divided into medial pancreatectomy treatment group （observation group） and distal pancreatectomy treatment group （control group）, 18 cases in each group, observed the operation indexes and complications. Results： Operation were successful in all patients, intraoperative blood loss and length of hospital stay of patients in observation group were significantly less than that in control group, there was significant difference between two groups （P〈0. 05）, there was no significant difference of the operation time between two groups （P〉0. 05）, the incidence of post- operative complications of patients in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group, there was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion. Taking medial pancreatectomy in the treatment of be- nign tumors of the neck and body of the pancrea has good clinical curative effect,and has lower incidence of postopera- tive complications, worthy of further clinical application.
