烧山火法联合患侧TDP照射治疗风寒型面瘫60例

摘　　要：目的:观察烧山火法联合患侧特定电磁波谱治疗仪(TDP)照射治疗风寒型面瘫的临床疗效。方法:将120例风寒型面瘫患者随机分为2组,对照组60例应用常规取穴联合TDP照射治疗,治疗组60例在对照组针刺治疗的基础上,联合应用合谷、手三里、足三里烧山火手法进行治疗,2组针刺治疗均留针30～40分钟,中间行针1～2次,1次/d,连续治疗15天后进行疗效评定。结果:治疗组痊愈50例,显效5例,有效4例,总有效率98.3%;对照组痊愈14例,显效18例,有效18例,总有效率83.3%;治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:烧山火法联合患侧TDP照射治疗风寒型面瘫疗效明显优于单纯应用常规针刺疗法。Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of mountain-burning fire method and TDP irradiation of the affected side in the treatment for facioplegia of wind-cold pattern. Method： All 120 patients were allocated to two groups, the control group received acupuncture of routine acupoints and TDP irradiation, the treatment group were also given with mountain-burning fire method of Hegu （LI4）, Shousanli （LI10）, Zusanli （ST36） based on the treatment administrated to the control group, the needles were retained for 30 to 40 minutes, and manipulated once or twice in the course, once per day, to assess the clinical effects after treating for 15 consecutive days. Result： There were 50 cases cured, five cases significantly improved and four cases effective, total effective rate was 98.3% in the treatment group, there were 14 cases cured, 18 cases significantly improved and 18 cases effective, total effective rate was 83.3%, the treatment group was superior to the control group remarkably in clinical effects, the difference had statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Clinical effects of mountain-burning fire method and TDP irradiation of the affected side are obviously superior to routine acupuncture exclusively.
