创业型大学创业文化的文化内涵、效用表达及其意蕴——基于四所世界一流大学的案例分析

摘　　要：创业型大学是一种具有变革活力、兼容并包、面向需求的大学样态。麻省理工学院、哈佛大学、慕尼黑工业大学、慕尼黑大学是享誉世界的一流大学,这四所大学就是创业型大学。它们的共同之处是:在学术上将科学精神与创业精神进行有效融合;在新时代背景下,它们将科学文化、工程文化和人文文化加以重新整合,这就是它们的创业文化。创业型大学的创业文化,除了追求精神传承的旨趣外,在构建内外和谐的创新环境与提升科技创新能力上还追求大学文化的实用效果。从这四所世界一流大学的发展情况可以看出创业文化的五个特征:卓越的学术文化,内外共生的和谐文化,以人为本的服务型文化,研究转化的价值文化和丰富的多样性文化。在建设世界一流大学的进程中,中国大学应该做到脚踏实地,将问题导向与人文关怀相结合,警惕文化虚无主义的产生。Entrepreneurial University is a kind of status of having the changing vitality, absorbing anything or everything, and facing to the needs of our society. Based on case studies of four world-class universities, we find that entrepreneurial culture is an effective fusion between scientific spirit and entrepreneurial spirit, and a re-integration of scientific culture, engineering culture and humanistic culture in the new era. In addition to the ultimate purport of spiritual heritage, entrepreneurial culture of entrepreneurial university is more particular about practical effects of university culture in building a harmonious internal and external innovation environment and promoting ST innovation ability. Case analyses summed up five aspects of the entrepreneurial culture, including academic culture of pursuing excellence, internal/external harmonious culture of coexistence and symbiosis, service culture of people-oriented characteristics, value culture of achievement transfer, and cultural diversities. In the progress of constructing world-class universities, the Chinese universities should stick to standing on solid ground, problem orientation and humanistic care, and alert to cultural nihilism.
