摘 要:不锈钢基板是下一代柔性显示器的理想选择,对其表面加工是世界各国显示器厂商争相研究攻克的技术。根据不锈钢基板的主要化学成分,提出了化学抛光液的配制原则。通过测量不锈钢基板表面粗糙度和失重率的变化,研究不同抛光液组份对抛光效果的影响,分析不同化学组份的作用机理,确定了以磷酸、盐酸、硝酸、亚硝酸钠和添加剂为主要成分的不锈钢基板化学抛光液。结果表明,在一定的工艺条件下,锈钢基板由抛光液抛光后可取得较好的抛光表面。The stainless steel substrate is the ideal choice for the next generation of flexible display,since its surface processing is the capture technology that the word display manufacturers compete to study.It gives the principle for deploying chemical polishing solution,which is summarized based on the main chemical compositions of stainless steel substrate.It has been investigated the effects of different polishing solution on the polished surface,through measuring the roughness of the polished surface of stainless steel substrate and the changed rate of weight loss.The working principle from different chemical composition of the solution has been analyzed and finally figures out the polishing solution which is mainly made up of phosphoric acid,hydrochloric acid,nitric acid,sodium nitrite and additives.The result indicates that better polished surface can be achieved by using polishing solution within a certain technology condition during stainless steel substrate polishing.
