摘 要:为解决多皮带运输机节能群控系统个体自治性强、个体间有冲突、约束条件复杂、程序编制困难等问题,在分析实际系统工艺流程的基础上,选择模糊Petri网作为系统建模工具,针对应用需求探讨了模糊Petri网的知识表示方法,构建了对给料量随机和可控都普遍适用的皮带机模糊Petri网模型,并结合变频节能和电动机转速自适应控制的系统特征选择相关控制逻辑对模型进行语法和语义解释,给出模糊逻辑表达式。研究方法对流程类似的柔性制造及其他工业控制系统具有普遍适用性和启发意义。High individual autonomy,mutual conflict and complex constraint conditions are included in a belt conveyer transportation system which makes the development of system control program difficult.To resolve these problems,the fuzzy Petri net is selected as the system modeling tool after analyzing the technological process.The knowledge representation method of fuzzy Petri net considering the practical application is studied firstly.The fuzzy Petri net model of the belt conveyer both suitable for the random and the controlled material weight is built up.Combining with the system characteristics of energy saving by frequency conversion and the adaptive controlled motor speed,some key logic rules are selected to explain the model's grammar and semantic,and the fuzzy logic expressions are also given.The research method of this is also suitable for the flexible manufacturing industry and other industry control systems with the similar workflow,and has an enlightening significance to them.
