摘　　要：讨论了2K-V型摆线针轮减速机的结构和传动特点,以行星齿轮模数m、行星轮齿宽度b、短幅系数K1、针齿分布圆直径Dz、摆线轮宽度B和针齿直径dz为设计变量,以2K-V型摆线针轮减速机传递单位功率下质量最小为目标函数,建立了6个设计变量、一个目标函数和12个约束条件的2K-V型摆线针轮减速机优化设计数学模型。然后运用复合形法对目标函数进行了优化求解,并对求解结果进行了分析,设计结果对2K-V型摆线针轮减速机的设计制造具有一定的实用价值。The structure and transmission characteristics of the 2K-V-type reducer was discussed,and put the module of planetary gear,the width of planetary gear,the diameter of distribution of the pin tooth,the width of cycloid gear and the diameter of needle tooth as the design variables,and put the minimum quality as the objective function,and also established optimization design mathematical model with six design variables,a objective function and twelve constraint condition.Then the objective function was solved with compound form method and the result was analyzed.The design result has a certain practical value for designing and manufacturing of 2K-V-type Reducer.
