摘 要:为了解决某型轿车的悬架参数匹配,利用ADAMS中的路面发生器和Matlab程序生成四轮相关的B级随机路面,与标准路面谱吻合较好。在此路面的激励下,对该型轿车的七自由度ADAMS模型进行了仿真分析与评价。验证了系统动态响应的功率谱峰值频率与其固有频率的对应关系,探究了悬架参数对加权加速度均方根、悬架动行程和轮胎动载荷的影响趋势。采用统一目标函数法对车辆悬架参数进行了多目标优化,优化结果表明:轮胎动载荷不增大的同时,舒适性有所提高。In order to solve suspension parameters match of a certain car,the B level random road with four wheels correlated is generated by ADAMS road generator and Matlab program and it is in good agreement with standard road spectrum.Under the excitation of the road,the seven degrees of freedom ADAMS vehicle model was simulated and evaluated.The corresponding relationship between power spectral peak frequency of the dynamic response of the system with its natural frequency was verified and the effect trends of RMS weighted acceleration,the suspension working space and the tire dynamic load with suspension parameters were explored.The unified objective function method was used for the multiple objectives optimization of vehicle suspension parameters.The optimization results indicate that ride comfort can be improved while the tire dynamic load do not increase.
