摘　　要：介绍了表面贴装LED全自动编带机基于数字图像处理技术的视觉检测系统研制,探讨了采用二值化方法对型号为5050六角正面发光贴片LED进行方向检测。该检测方法首先是对采集到计算机中的图像进行二值化处理,然后是划定芯片每个边角的检测范围,接下来就是统计每个边角白色像素或黑色像素的面积,通过对比各个角白色像素或黑色像素的面积偏差找到芯片的缺角位置,最后由缺角位置确定出芯片的方向。给出了检测结果,并从理论和实践上证明了该方法的可行性和正确性。It describes the automated surface mount LED of the taping machine based on digital image processing＇s vision detection system technology developed.The system uses binary image production method to identify direction of the model of 5050 six angle front light emitting diode.Firstly,the detection method is to deal with image by binarization processing in the computer,secondly delineate the detection range of each corner of chips,thirdly compare white or black pixels of each corner area to found broken corner location of chips,finally fix the chips’position by the lack of angular position.Direction of light emitting diode detected by suggested method is given,and the feasibility and correctness of the method is validated theoretically and practically.
