摘  要:提出了利用局部自阻电加热渐进成形工艺对TC4板材进行翻边成形。对自阻电加热渐进成形的设备和工艺进行了适当的改进,得到了适合于自阻电加热渐进成形翻边的实验设备与方法。为得到完整无损的零件,提出了三种不同的成形路径,并对三种成形路径所得零件的翻边系数、成形质量进行了比较。试验结果表明,三种成形路径都在一定程度上提高了翻边的成功几率,经过对比,最佳成形路径得到确定。在最佳成形路径中,初始成形角的大小会对零件的厚度分布产生影响。It puts forward an idea that uses electric hot single point incremental forming technology to get flanging parts of TC4.The equipment and process of electric incremental forming is appropriately changed,then getting the suitable experimental equipment and method that used in electric hot incremental flange.To get intact flange parts,three forming strategies were investigated to form the parts,compared the quality and limit flanging coefficient of the parts that formed by the three strategies.The experimental results s how that the three strategies have improved the successful probability of get intact parts and the best strategy can be confirmed.In the best strategy,the preformed angle will affect the distribution of the thickness of parts.
