摘 要:通过分析国内外铁路隧道防灾救援监控系统方案,针对山区铁路隧道长且成群密集分布、隧线比高的特点,结合新颁布的规范和铁路现有管理体制,提出满足我国铁路实际需要的隧道防灾救援监控系统方案。该隧道防灾救援监控系统方案具有较强的针对性和实用性,可为今后铁路隧道防灾救援监控系统设计提供参考和借鉴,值得加以推广应用。Through analyzing the disaster prevention and rescue monitoring system sclaeme ror rauway tunnels at home and abroad, the paper puts forward the disaster prevention and rescue monitoring system scheme suitable for the practical demand of Chinese railways according to the characteristics of mountain railways that have concentrated long tunnel groups and high ratio of tunnel to line, combing with the new released code and the existing management system for railways. The research shows that the disaster prevention and rescue monitoring system scheme proposed has good pertinency and practicability, which can be used as a reference for the system designs in the future, and it is worthy to be popularized and applied.
