摘　　要：实训基地是高职院校必不可少的办学条件,是培养高端技能型人才的重要保障,如何建好、管好实训基地已直接影响到人才培养、技术服务、校企合作等学院办学的核心问题。通过对高等院校引入ISO9001质量管理体系的现状分析,阐述了高职院校实训基地实施ISO9001质量管理体系的必要性,论述了ISO9001质量管理思想在实训基地管理实践中的重点问题及具体成效。Training Base is the essential condition for running a higher vocational college and the important guarantee for cultivating high-quality personnel. How to establish and manage the training base has be-came crucial problem of talent training, technical service and the cooperation between school with enter-prise. This paper expounded on the necessity of introducing ISO9001 quality management into higher voca-tional college training base, and discussed the key problem and effect.
