加味复元活血汤配合西药治疗外伤性视神经损伤临床观察  

Clinical observation on 34 cases of traumatic optic nerve injury treated with modified Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction combined with Western Medicine

摘　　要：目的观察加味复元活血汤配合西药治疗外伤性视神经损伤的临床疗效。方法选取符合纳入标准的31例34眼外伤性视神经损伤患者,随机分为治疗组16例18只眼及对照组15例16只眼。治疗组予以加味复元活血汤配合糖皮质激素和神经营养剂进行治疗,对照组予以糖皮质激素和神经营养剂进行治疗,疗程15 d。观察两组治疗前后视力、视野、视觉诱发电位等主要观察指标的变化。结果治疗组综合疗效总有效率为83.3%,对照组为56.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后视力、视野平均缺损、视觉诱发电位P-100潜伏期均有所改善(P<0.05),但治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加味复元活血汤配合西药治疗外伤性视神经损伤疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the curative effects of modified Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction combined with Western Medicine on traumatic optic nerve injury.Methods Selected 31 patients（34 eyes） with traumatic optic nerve injury were randomly divided into treatment group（16 patients,18 eyes） and control group（15 patients,16 eyes）.2 groups were given corticosteroids and neurotrophic agent,plus treatment group was treated combining modified Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction.A treatment course was 15 days.The main indices like visual acuity,FV and VEP were observed before and after treatment and compared between 2 groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 83.33% which was higher than 56.52% of control group;the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After treatment all indices were improved（P〈0.05） and effects of treatment group were better than those of the controls（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The modified Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction combined with Western medicine has good curative effects on traumatic optic nerve atrophy and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
