原发性青光眼患者心理社会因素的健康教育

摘　　要：目的探讨原发性青光眼患者的健康教育特点。方法运用艾森克人格问卷量表、社会支持量表、医学应对问卷,对2007年11月至2008年6月在广州、深圳共3家门诊的原发性青光眼患者120例进行问卷调查,最终收集到符合要求的患者100例。从患者的人格特征评分、社会支持评分、应对方式评分方面,分析患者的心理社会因素。结果原发性青光眼患者人格特征以掩饰性为主要特征,社会支持总分与常模组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),面对分值小于常模(P<0.01),回避、屈服的分值高于常模(P<0.01)。结论原发性青光眼是眼科的一种心身疾病,健康教育应基于其心理社会因素开展。Objective To discuss the characteristics of the health education among the primary glaucoma patients.Methods From November 2007 to June 2008,data was collected through Eysenck Personality Questionnaire（EPQ）,social support scale and medical response questionnaire from 120 primary glaucoma patients in 3 hospitals in Guangzhou and Shenzhen.Among them 100 patients were selected for analysis.The psychological and social factors of patients were analyzed by personality characteristics score,social support score and coping style score.Results Disguising was the main characteristics among primary glaucoma patients.There was no significant difference of the social support score between the patients and the norm（P〈0.05）.The coping style scores of patients were lower than norm（P〈0.01）.Avoiding and yielding score of patients were higher than the norm（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Primary glaucoma is a kind of psychosomatic disease.The health education should be carried out based on the psychological and social factors.
