奈达铂联合多西他赛治疗局部晚期宫颈癌的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨奈达铂联合多西他赛治疗局部晚期宫颈癌的疗效。方法研究分析2009年1月～2010年12月南昌大学第一附属医院应用奈达铂联合多西他赛静脉化疗治疗32例局部晚期宫颈癌的临床疗效,并观察其化疗前后增值细胞核抗原(PCNA)的变化。结果静脉化疗有效率为81%,其中完全缓解2例,部分缓解24例,术后盆腔淋巴结转移率为6.25%,较未化疗组低,比较有统计学意义。化疗前PCNA积分平均为(5.03±0.81)分,化疗后为(3.23±0.68)分,有统计学意义。结论奈达铂联合多西他赛静脉化疗可以抑制宫颈癌细胞的增殖,是安全有效的。【Objective】To explore the clinical efficacy of combination chemotherapy with nedaplatin and docetaxel chemotherapy for locally advanced carcinoma of the cervix.【Methods】32 locally advanced carcinoma of the cervix were examinaed for proliferating cell nuclear antigen and clinical curative effect before and after chemotherapy.【Results】Out of 32 evaluable patients,2 achieved complete response,24 achieved partial response,objective response＇ rate was 81%.postoperative pelvic lymph node metastasis rate of 6.25%,lower than not chemotherapy group.PCNA integral average is 5.03±0.81 points before chemotherapy,after chemotherapy it is 3.23±0.68.【Conclusions】Nedaplatin combined with docetaxel venous chemotherapy can inhibit the proliferation of cervical cancer cells and reduce pelvic lymph node metastasis.It is safe and effective.
