摘　　要：目的：探讨外伤后脑梗死的亚低温I临床诊断及治疗方法。方法：回顾性分析114例外伤后脑梗死患者的临床表现、诊断及治疗。结果：亚低温治疗组患者神经功能缺损评分及显效率均高于对照组。结论：亚低温疗法可改善外伤后脑梗死患者神经功能缺损评分，提高大面积脑梗死临床治疗效果，减少并发症，可以临床推广。OBJECTIVE： To investigate efficacy observation of hypothermia in the diagnosis and treatment of traumatic cerebral infarction （TCI）. METHOD： Clinical data including clinical manifestations, diagnosis and therapy of 114 patients with traumatica cerebral infraction was analysised restrospectively. RESULT： The neurological deficit scores and efficiency in hypothennia group were significantly better than that in heacontrol group markedly. CONCLUSION： The hypothermia therapy for the patients with traumatica cerebral infraction can significantly improve neurological function and reduce the incidence of complicationsa.
