中国式拆迁、投资者保护诉求与应计盈余质量——基于制度经济学与Internet治理的证据

摘　　要：随着我国经济的迅速发展,特别是城市化进程的加速推进,"中国式拆迁"愈演愈烈,备受互联网关注。在搜索引擎上对拆迁的关注度,充分体现了广大Internet用户对于财产权保护的诉求,也反映了投资者对权益保护的诉求,对公司的盈余管理行为会产生一定影响。本文研究了"中国式拆迁"在搜索引擎上的关注度对我国上市公司盈余质量的影响,发现拆迁关注度越高的地区,公司在进行正向盈余管理时上调程度更小,而进行负向盈余管理时调低利润的幅度更大。本研究表明,Internet用户的搜索关注度为投资者保护制度的贯彻实施和监管提供了一个实时观察点,Internet治理在一定程度上能够促进资本市场的效率,是对我国弱投资者保护的一种补充和(或)替代。In China housing demolition and relocation with the rapid economic development takes places every second. And more people pay attention to the amazing and chill incidents happened in local or other places. This attention reflects the status quo of investor protection. The claim for investor protection on the Internet should have serious effect on the manager＇s behaviors. This paper investigates whether the claim for investor protection has an effect on the earnings management that is measured by the absolute value of discretionary accruals. We find that Internet governance significantly decreases the earnings management.
