摘　　要：在Al2 O3 SiO2 H3 PO4 H2 O 有机胺体系中 ,利用水热法在陶瓷基片上制得了SAPO 3 4和SAPO 4 4分子筛膜 .通过XRD ,SEM分析对所制备的分子筛膜进行了表征 ,并对膜制备中SiO2 量。Molecular sieve membranes consisting of SAPO 34 and SAPO 44 molecular sieve crystals have been hydrothermally prepared on the ceramic substrate in the Al 2O 3 SiO 2 H 3PO 4 H 2O amine system. X ray diffraction verified the presence of the pure molecular sieve phases on the substrate, and the SEM showed that the SAPO 34 and SAPO 44 molecular sieve crystals had grown together to form a continuous molecular sieve layer. The influences of silica content, HF content, pH value in the memberanes formations have been studied. [WT5HZ]
