摘　　要：血管性痴呆(VD)是老年性痴呆中最常见的类型之一,仅次于阿尔茨海默病。随着人口老龄化的加剧,发病率逐年上升,对其发病机制的研究日益受到重视。动物实验是探讨其发病机制必不可少的组成部分,理想的动物模型对于研究其发病机制具有重要的指导意义。总结分析大鼠VD的造模方法和造模后大鼠行为学、组织形态学、神经生化指标等观测指标,可为今后的实验研究提供相应的依据。Vascular dementia（VD） is one of the most common types of senile dementia,second to Alzheimer disease.With the aging of the population,the incidence is increasing year by year,and more and more attention is paid to the study on the pathogenesis.The ideal animal model has important guiding significance for the study of its pathogenesis.Here reviews the vascular dementia rat model establishment method and the behavioral,morphological,biochemical indicators of the model,to provide references for future experimental studies.
