摘　　要：基于技术创新的3个阶段——研究开发、科技成果转化、工业化大生产,从技术创新风险、技术创新收益、技术创新投入3个维度,提出了各阶段不同维度的特点及相互关系;基于不同投资主体,结合技术创新过程中创新风险、创新收益和创新投入的阶段性特点,提出了与企业技术创新3个阶段相匹配的融资选择模式;最后,对实际企业进行了案例剖析。This paper is based on the three steps of technical innovation , which are research stages , scientific and technological achievement conversions , industrial production stages , from the three dimensions of technical innovation risks , technical innovation profits , technical innovation inputs , suggests that each of the dimensions features and the interrelationship ; and meanwhile based on different investments , combined with stages of characteristic of technological innovation risks and profits of innovation and input of innovation in the technical innovation process , look forward the mode of financing options which are match the three enterprise technological innovation steps.At last , the paper has carried on the case analysis to the actual enterprise.
