摘 要:目的:研究原发性肺癌患者MDR1基因的表达及其与病理组织分型的关系。方法:通过纤维支气管镜应用逆转录多聚酶链式反应(RT-PCR)方法,对33例未治、5例化疗后的原发性肺癌和17例非癌组织MDR1基因的表达进行分析。结果:在38例癌标本中有17例观察到MDR1基因的表达,主要分布在非小细胞鳞癌中,而非癌组织仅有1例MDR基因的表达。结论:在未治的原发性肺癌尤其是非小细胞肺癌中,可检测到MDR1基因的表达,与病理分型判断一致,可能是化疗效果不佳及预后不良的指标。Objective:To evaluate the expression of MDR1 gene in patients with primary lung cancer and the relationship between it and histopathology type. Methods: A series of 38 rese(?)ted primary lung cancer tissues from 5 post-chemotherapy and 33 untreated patients and 17 resected non-lung cancer tissues were analyzed for the expression of MDR1 by reverse transcribe-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR)method with fiberbronchoscope. Results:Seventeen of 38 tumor tissues were found to have expression of MRI1 gene,specially in non-small cell lung cancer;only one case showed positive in non-cancer tissues. Conclusion: Expression of MRI1 gene can be detected in untreated primary lung cancer and may be regarded as a prognostic marker.
