国产表阿霉素治疗恶性肿瘤的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:评价国产表阿霉素治疗多种恶性肿瘤的疗效和毒性。方法:选择1998年4月至10月乳腺癌、非小细胞肺癌和恶性淋巴瘤等不同恶性肿瘤患者60例,对应用国产表阿霉素为主的与进口表阿霉素为主的化疗方案的临床疗效、毒副反应进行观察。结果:可评价疗效和毒性的病人60例,国产组的完全缓解率为23.33%(7/30),部分缓解率为40.00%(12/30),总有效率为63.33%,其中恶性淋巴瘤疗效最好,有效率为84.61%。两组总有效率及各类肿瘤的有效率相比结果相似(P>0.05)。两组的毒性反应均为Ⅰ～Ⅱ度白细胞减少,Ⅰ～Ⅱ度恶心呕吐及不同程度的脱发(P>0.05)。结论:国产表阿霉素治疗恶性肿瘤的疗效、毒副反应与进口表阿霉素相似。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects of domestic epirubicin on malignancy. Methods: From Apr. 1998 to Oct. 1998,60 patients with breast cancer、non-small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC) or lymphoma were divided into two groups (n = 30 respectively) and mainly treated with domestic epirubicin or import epirubicin. Results:There was no significant differ-ence in complete remission rate, partial remission rate and total effective rate between the two groups (P > 0.05). The main toxicities of the two groups included grade Ⅰ~Ⅱleukopenia,gradeⅠ~Ⅱ nausea and vomiting and alopecia.Conclusion:The efficacy and toxicity of domestic epirubicin were similar to those of import epirubicin.
