胃癌中Ataxin-3表达及与临床病理学的意义

摘　　要：目的观察Ataxin-3蛋白在人胃癌组织中的表达及分布,探讨其在胃癌发生、发展过程中的意义及与临床病理学特征的关系。方法采用免疫组化SuperVision两步法检测Ataxin-3在胃癌(265例)、正常胃黏膜(209例)、胃低级别上皮内瘤变(86例)及高级别上皮内瘤变(75例)组织中的表达,并对其表达与临床病理学特征的关系进行统计学分析。结果 Ataxin-3的表达,在胃癌组织中低于正常胃黏膜组织(P<0.001);胃癌组与低级别上皮内瘤变组中的表达有差异(P﹤0.001),而胃癌组与高级别上皮内瘤变组比较表达无差异(P>0.05);Ataxin-3表达与胃癌的Lauren组织学分型、肿瘤分化、远处转移及p53突变蛋白的表达存在相关性(P均<0.05)。结论 Ataxin-3蛋白很可能在胃癌的发生、发展过程中起重要意义。Purpose To investigate the expression of Ataxin-3 in human gastric cancer tissue and to explore the role of Ataxin-3 in the carcinogenesis and development of gastric cancer and relationship with clinicopathologic features. Methods The expression patterns of Ataxin-3 in gastric cancer （ n = 265 ）, noncancerous gastric mucosa （ n = 209 ）, low grade intraepithelial neoplasia （LGIN） （ n = 86 ） and high grade intraepithelial neoplasia （HGIN） （ n = 75 ） tissues of patients were determined by immunohistochemistry. Statistical a- nalysis was used to determine the correlation between Atasin-3 expression with the clinicopathologic features. Results The expression of Ataxin-3 in the gastric carcinoma was lower than that in noncancerous gastric mucosa and has significant difference between gastric carcinoma and LGIN （P 〈 0. 001 ）, but no significant difference was observed between gastric carcinoma and HGIN （P 〉 0.05 ）. The ex- pression of Ataxin-3 were correlated with Lauren classification, histologic differentiation, distant metastasis and p53 expression （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Ataxin-3 may play an important role in the carcinogenesis and progression of gastric cancer.
