摘  要:目的对锯齿状腺瘤(traditional serrated adenoma,TSA)、传统腺瘤(traditional adenoma,TA)及锯齿状腺癌(serrated ade-nocarcinoma,SAC)中端粒酶、p53及Ki-67的免疫表型进行分析和比较。方法运用免疫组化MaxVision快捷法对52例TSA、50例TA及51例SAC组织标本中端粒酶、p53、Ki-67的表达进行检测。结果端粒酶在TSA、TA与SAC组表达差异均有显著性,SAC组阳性率高于TSA(P<0.01),TSA组高于TA组(P<0.01);Ki-67在TSA与TA组表达差异无显著性(P>0.05),SAC组阳性率则明显高于TSA和TA组(P<0.01);p53在SAC组阳性率高于TA组(P<0.01),TA组高于TSA组(P<0.01)。结论 TSA是一种具有增殖活性的腺瘤,端粒酶的激活可能在其癌变过程中起一定作用。Purpose To analyze and compare telomerase, p53 and Ki-67 immunohistochemical expression in the traditional serrated adenoma (TSA) , traditional adenoma (TA) and serrated adenocarcinoma (SAC). Methods The expression of telomerase, p53 and Ki-67 in 52 cases of TSA, 50 cases of TA, and 51 cases of SAC was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive per- centage of p53 in TSA was significantly lower than that in TA ( P 〈 0. 01 ), the positive percentage of telomerase in TA was significantly lower than that in SAC ( P 〈 0.01 ). Ki-67 expression between TSA and TA was no significant difference, the positive percentage of Ki- 67 in TSA and TA was lower than that in SAC ( P 〈 0. 01 ). The positive percentage of telomerase in TA was significantly lower than that in TSA (P 〈0.01 ), the positive percentage of telomerase in TSA was significantly lower than that in SAC (P 〈0. 01 ). Conclu- sion Telomerase immunohistochemical analysis indicated that TSA is a kind of proliferative adenoma and telomerase activation may play a role in the caneerization of TSA.
