摘 要:目的探讨神经生长因子复合锶磷灰石在即刻种植周围骨缺损的修复效果。方法 6只实验健康成年杂种犬,微创拔除双侧下颌第2、3、4前磨牙,同时即刻植入种植体共36枚,每只6枚。在每只实验犬的每枚种植体的近中制备4mm×5 mm×6 mm大小的骨缺损,随机分为实验组、阳性对照组和空白对照组,每组2处,给予不同方法处理。实验组缺损处植入神经生长因子复合锶磷灰石;阳性对照组缺损处植入锶磷灰石;空白对照组缺损处不植入任何材料。术后4、8周各处死3只实验犬,取得相应标本,分别行大体解剖观察,Micro CT观察,组织形态学观察。结果术后4、8周各组缺损处均有不同程度的骨组织再生,实验组新生骨密度及骨小梁较其他组明显增高和增多,阳性对照组组次之,空白对照组最差,且3组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经生长因子复合锶磷灰石是一种良好的骨修复材料,可促进即刻种植周围骨缺损的骨生成,提高骨结合率。Objective To study the effect of nerve growth factor composite strontium substituted hydroxylapatite on repairing bone defects in immediate implant. Methods The six experimental dogs were minimally invasive removal of bilateral mandibular second premolars, three or four, and at the same time, immediately implanted 6 pieces in all 36 dogs. The mesio-bone defects in peri-implant were made and 3 groups were randomly divided to give different treatment methods, which were the experimental group, the positive control group, and the control group. Nerve growth factor compound strontium substituted hydroxyapatite was implanted in the experimental group, implantation of strontium substituted hydroxyapatite in the positive control group implanted, and nothing in the control group. After 4 and 8 weeks, three dogs were randomly killed respectively for anatomy, Micro CT and histomorphology ob- servation. Results In each group, there were some different levels of bone tissue regeneration after the 4-week or 8-week operation. In nerve growth factor compound strontium substituted hydroxyapatite group, there was more in- creased level of new bone density and trabeeular bone than that in the other group. The changes between the 3 groups were statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 0 5 ) . Conclusion Nerve growth factor combined with SRHAP is a good material for bone repair, can promote the immediate implant bone defect around bone formation, and improve osseointegration rate.
