超级粘结剂固定牙周病松动牙1年的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：选择15例牙周炎患者共计47颗Ⅰ度～Ⅱ度松动牙,采用超级粘结剂将松动牙清洁、酸蚀、粘结、固定。12个月后对粘结固定治疗效果进行评价,观察粘结材料有无松脱、患牙松动度、探诊出血、探诊深度和牙槽骨的变化。结果显示经固定后患牙咀嚼功能改善,能满足患者美观及舒适度要求,探诊深度减少了1.09 mm,探诊出血率减少了44.99%,牙槽骨的骨小梁密度增加,骨白线出现,并有少量牙槽骨的再生。治疗有效率达70.2%(P<0.05)。15例患者中2例在固定3个月时材料松脱,行再固定。2例未能按时复诊,牙周炎复发,治疗失败。47 periodontal compromised teeth of 15 patients after initial periodontal therapy were included. The loose teeth were cleaned, etched and then bonded with the Super-Bond C＆B system. Material retention force,tooth mobility, bleeding on probing （BOP） , probing depth （PD） and tile X-ray of alveolar bone were assessed before and after 12 month fixation. Results showed that the masticatory funetion of loose teeth had improved after fixation and patients were satisfied with appearance of the fixed teeth and comfort requirements. X-ray showed lhat density of trabecular bone in alveolar bone increased and some alveolar bone regeneration, PD value decreased 1.09 nun and BOP rate decreased 44. 99% comparing to the baseline after 12 month （ P 〈 0.05 ） and therapeutically effective rate reached 70.2%. Fixed material in 2 cases loosened and reinforced immediately after 3 months, while 2 cases failed in supportive periodontal therapy and periodontitis recurred.
