摘　　要：地方财政风险是当前困扰各级地方政府的重大问题,事关构建强大、稳固、平衡的地方财政。对地方财政风险的表现形式、成因进行深入剖析,并提出化解对策,对各级地方政府规避财政风险具有重要意义。Local fiscal risk is a major problem for the local governments at present,because it affects building a strong,stable and balance of local finance.Dissecting on the form of expression causes and defusing of the local fiscal risks is of great significance to avoid fiscal risk for the local governments in China.
