高校新生资助工作的几点思考

摘　　要：贫困生是高校中的一个特殊群体,已越来越受到政府、高校和社会各界的广泛关注和重视。本文从贫困新生入学后的现状、新生资助工作面临的挑战以及辅导员在资助工作中作用的发挥三个方面阐述了家庭经济情况困难学生的资助问题,提出了以人为本的工作理念,通过资助工作把学生培养成符合社会主义建设需要的合格人才。The poor students are a special group of colleges and universities and they have become increasingly concerned by the govemment, universities and the communities. This article states the freshmen funded work from the following aspects： the status of poor freshmen, the challenge of the freshmen funded work and the role of counselors in funding the poor students. The article raises the people- oriented concept as to train the students to meet the needs of socialist construction through subsidization.
